- You can always find time to run at least 2 miles per day
- The variable weather makes it interesting, almost like running a different course each day
- Recovery comes in the 2 mile runs, training comes in the longer, up-tempo runs
- My legs feel fresher than actually taking days off completely
- There is no decision to make. Every day you know that you will run. It's just a matter of when and where.
- Consistency matters
- Its good to have multiple pairs of shoes to alternate (more important in summer)
- It gives me something to write about
- I eat better (although I still have not been able to eliminate ice cream)
- Running for the charity that I have adopted, matters!
