I took In the Moment from trail running. I was running around the Manasquan Reservoir in NJ on one of the single-path trails, tripped and fell. I know trail running and know that you have to pay attention to roots and rocks or bad things can happen. You can't be in a daze like you can on the road. You have to be In the Moment! Thus, the start of this blog. I also believe that while running anywhere, being In the Moment enhances the run, brings it and the surroundings to life. It stimulates both the mind and body. Through this blog I will try to capture some of those moments.
